Who is Relay for?
Relay is for small businesses handling customer questions on WhatsApp, including US businesses serving customers who prefer WhatsApp. It helps with text conversations, supported photos and document excerpts; it is not a bulk outreach tool.
Can I review or pause AI replies?
Yes. Read the conversation in your inbox and turn on human takeover to stop automatic replies in that conversation. AI can make mistakes, so give it clear instructions and review important conversations.
What counts toward my allowance?
Each model has a visible credit cost per request. Premium models use more credits; choose your model before enabling replies. Provider attempts use credits even if no message is delivered. Included credits reset monthly; optional extra credits last 30 days. AI pauses when credits run out, with no automatic overage charges.
Is this an official WhatsApp product?
No. Relay is independent and uses linked-device connectivity. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta. Connectivity depends on WhatsApp's service and may require relinking.
Why is checkout in PHP?
Our payment processor accepts Philippine pesos. Your plan is listed in USD; checkout shows the exchange rate and PHP charge for your approval before redirecting to payment.
